These invoices contained complex data, and much of the process involved manual entry, leading to errors and inefficiencies. Their existing RPA workflow was rigid and required frequent human intervention, achieving only 35-40% accuracy.

Greenlight conducted a thorough assessment of Canon’s invoice processing workflow, replacing the existing RegEx-based extraction with customized ML models for accurate data processing. The solution was seamlessly integrated with Oracle 11i SAP, automating data extraction, validation, and updates. Exceptions were identified and managed by human operators. Extensive testing ensured the solution’s accuracy and reliability before full deployment.

Canon leveraged UiPath Document Understanding, UiPath Action Center, and Oracle 11i SAP to revolutionize their invoice processing operations. UiPath Document Understanding automated data extraction, validation, and updates. UiPath Action Center managed exceptions with human intervention when necessary. Oracle 11i SAP was integrated to streamline data handling and processing.
